Paul & I left the corporate world to try our hand at farming! Changing our lifestyle has been challenging but so very rewarding! We wish to welcome you to share as extended guests on our farm to share in our new way of life.

Award winning Drover's Rest Farm Holidays and Events - we are known for our 'cool farm stays & gatherings in the sticks'. We offer Family Farm Holidays, Couples Getaways & Group Bookings and Events with up to 36 accommodated onsite. Great for Weddings, Corporate Events, Hen dos, Reunions, Special birthdays, Walking holidays, Workshops, Fitness/Yoga retreats etc. There is plenty to do in the area of Hay on Wye, The Brecon Beacons as well as Herefordshire all of which is on our doorstep. Additional paid for activities: Camp fires experiences in secret locations, as well as an educational farm tour can be booked. Get in touch to book. Our accommodation has been featured in Country Homes & Interiors Magazine & we have won awards for our interiors too! We have 2 cottages & 6 super posh Safari Tents that takes Glamping to another level! All with your very own private bathrooms located a short walk away in the stable block. We have an onsite restaurant and bar that is open Mon, Fri Sat during school holidays and Sunday lunches throughout the year. For groups we can advise on activities onsite and off site as well as additional catering and bar options.

Hay on wye is famous for its annual book festival. It also is the town with the most bookstores in the world. Its quaint streets are lined with boutique shops, cafes & restaurants that foodies will love & artisans products made by the creative people drawn to & living in the area. We are surrounded by the Black mountains & Brecon beacons National Park so if you can bare to leave the farm there are a host of activities & spots to visit on our doorstep
