Hi Margaret, hope you're well & sorry for the slow response (only seeing this now for some reason). The sofa bed is 43cm from the floor to the top of the mattress (it doesn't feel uncomfortably low to us & we've never had complaints). Cheers! MattAnswered on 8 January 2024
