Broad Reach is a Swedish, timber-style, detached holiday property located on the 400-acre country estate of Caldecott Hall with its restaurant and golf club. There are two golf courses, an 18-hole course and a 9-hole pitch and putt. Disc golf is also available and, at Caldecott Hall leisure facilities there is a heated swimming pool and steam room available to guests at cost. The property boasts its own sauna and has a hot tub situated on the verandah and is perfect for an indulgent break whatever the season. It has an inviting open plan
