Elegantly decorated apartment for 4 people, located 10 minutes by public transport from Bordeaux city center. The apartment is ideal for both tourist and business stays. It includes : - 1 comfortable living room - 1 fully equipped kitchen - 2 bedrooms (1 Queen size bed and 1 double bed) - 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet, - 1 balcony - 1 parking space - 1 shared swimming pool (open from June to September) THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. EQUIPMENT All equipment provided: washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi, coffee pods, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each reservation.

Neighbourhood information

With its reputation for tranquility and good public transport links, the Saint-Genès district is an attractive area for the beauty and diversity of its architecture. Tramway line B serves the district. It provides easy access to both the city center and university campuses. Three centuries of development have turned the poor medieval suburb of Saint-Genès into a bourgeois district with a rich architectural heritage. Here you'll find the Saint-Nicolas-de-Grave church, built around 1820, the Saint-Nicolas military hospital, the former children's hospital with its metal walkways linking the various pavilions, and the former Saint-Genès parish church on rue Duluc. At the heart of the district, the Maison diocésaine Saint-Louis Beaulieu is a former Carmelite convent built at the end of the 19th century. Next door to the Espace Beaulieu, in a former private property, is the Jardin des Dames de la foi, an 8,000 m2 square with English-style landscaping.
