Beautiful new house with careful decoration, quiet, consisting of an entrance with an awning, a living room (with sofa, TV, stereo, DVD player and board games) open to a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, sodastream; a pantry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, a first bedroom for two beds with a 140 bed and cupboard/wardrobe/television, a second bedroom for two people with a 140 bed and cupboard/wardrobe/television, a third bedroom for two people with a 130 bed and cupboard/wardrobe, a patio, a bathroom, a separate toilet. Outside, a garden with terrace, two sun loungers and a built-in barbecue. Parking space next to the house, for 2 cars in the courtyard.
