Le centre-ville et son marché animé, ses rues pavées et les magnifiques canaux de "La Petite Venise des Alpes" sont à 5 minutes à pied. L’appartement se compose d’un salon – salle à manger qui ouvre sur le balcon d'où vous pourrez profiter du soleil couchant sur les haras. La cuisine attenante, est totalement équipée (four chaleur tournante, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec congélateur, lave-vaisselle et plaques induction). La première chambre dispose d'un lit 160x200 et d’une salle de bain privative avec WC et baignoire. Un couloir avec de nombreux rangements dessert les deux autres chambres dont une avec un lit 160x200 et un bureau et une dernière avec de 2 lits simples. Une salle d’eau équipée d’une douche et un WC séparé complètent l’appartement. Il est équipé d’une télévision Smart TV, du wifi haut débit (fibre), et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Nespresso, un appareil à raclette & des jeux de société... Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine. Nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour. Le lac est à 5 min à pied. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac).
