Contemporary wood/glass villa. A spacious, light-filled home set in its own grounds, on the sunny, right bank of Lake Annecy. Breath-taking views of Lake Annecy and the Bauges mountains from the house and terrace. Within walking distance to the lake via country foot-path (side of property) This newly renovated house is south-west-facing, nestled in a lush, verdant landscape overlooking Talloires Bay. An exceptional location between lake and mountains in an exquisite natural environment, making it perfect for a relaxing escape or an action-packed holiday, or both. Suitable for adult groups or families, with all the comforts you need for a superb and memorable holiday. Fabulous sunsets. The accommodation,all on one level, includes: Main entrance Spacious double living/dining room opening onto three south-west-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows, with lake views. Large bedroom : One Double bed (160cmx200cm), one single bed (85cmx190cm) WC. 1 Bath/Shower room Spacious lounge area with double sofa bed. TV. Large glass doors leading from lounge to 30 m 2 terrace with lake views. Kitchen , newly fitted, fully equipped, lake view Washing machine and dryer.
