Private room in 4-room apartment, close to the center of Annecy and its lake. I also stay in the apartment. The city center is less than 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bus. 12m² bedroom with double bed (140*190) and storage with the possibility of adding a single mattress to the floor. Access to kitchen and living room with television. Bathroom to share with the owner (and his 2 cats), living on site. Free WiFi available. Crossing apartment, with views of the mountains. Free parking space in the residence. Sheets and towels provided. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small building, in a quiet property surrounded by greenery.
Hello and welcome ! I will be happy to welcome you to my accommodation during your vacation or weekend in Annecy. Being from this beautiful city, I will give you the necessary information based on your inspirations of the day. I live with my 2 cats :) The apartment being my main accommodation, I am here to welcome you. I am available during wide time slots, by message or telephone. You will find some books with all the information you need to discover Annecy from all angles (walks, restaurants, hikes, etc.) and in all seasons. I am of course available to guide you on your choices. You can access the living room, the kitchen and all the utensils, prepare food, drink coffee or tea, and place your food in the fridge. The living room is shared with me. The balcony on the living room side is accessible. Napping is very pleasant on the deck chair when the weather is nice.
