Really cosy & clean, with good quality furnishings & stylish decor throughout. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is ski-in/ski-out (but perhaps not for beginners, the blue that runs past the hotel can get a bit dicy towards the end of the day). The restaurant is also very nice, serving traditional Savoyard dishes & some chef's specials.
With ski-to-door access, this chalet-style hotel sits next to the ski slopes and 1.9 mi from the center of La Clusaz.

The slopes are not great, they were not pisted / maintained well very bumpy, choppy slopes, with steep icy ends. Busy with lots of people going too fast for their skill level.
Hard to find any where to eat restaurants booked weeks in advance.
Ski lockers only available from 3pm and have to be given back by noon on departure day

La Clusaz is a traditional ski resort with plenty of accommodation and places to eat (although it was often necessary to book ahead in the evening)
The town is at a low level and so the runs back to the resort were patchy at this time of year. There was artificial snow in much of the resort up to around 1800m.

La Clusaz is a quaint, picturesque French mountain village close to Geneva with several ski lifts and plenty of ski runs. Driving in La Clusaz can get busy during the morning and around 4pm when skiers are leaving the area. Le Freka is a lovely french restaurant serving the traditional favourites such as Raclette and Fondue etc. When we visit again we would avoid the usual change over days (Saturday) as the roads were particulary All in all a great place to ski for all levels.

Pretty village with good shopping, choice of restaurants (...
Pretty village with good shopping, choice of restaurants (both on and off the mountain) and good skiing. Easily accessible up a fairly straight road out of Annecy. Not too busy (except weekends when locals descend). Ski area is good for intermediates although connections between the main ski areas are not great (long blues which are really green and often need some poling).
Easy drive from the UK once you've hit Calais.
Avoid arriving on a Saturday between 16:00 and 19:00

La Clusaz is a beautiful town with fantastic skiing, lots of nice little shops and especially sports outlets. There are many restaurants though these do get booked up long in advance so do some research and email for a booking. The snow was not great this year in March, but that can hardly be held against the town! I suppose if it were at a higher altitude, the snow last longer, but I guess we were just a bit unlucky!

Lovely comfortable room looking onto the nursery slope, great breakfast with loads of choice. The hotel is ski in and ski out with the ski lockers being adjacent the run. There’s a cosy, relaxing lounge with a log fire and fabulous views of the mountain. The restaurant served delicious local, traditional meals and had a good choice of wines. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and looked after us very well.
Apartment clean, well placed, bed comfortable.
Looks like the photo, and we were pretty well placed, we liked our terrasse. The hotel was calm and the pool was petite but the view is amazing - definitely a nice addition.
La Clusaz is a very pretty station with lots to do.
The restaurant of the property is really nice as well.
the accommodation is located in La Clusaz. Nice mountain village in French Alps. The hotel is very comfortable and rooms are nice. As a big benefit is SPA directly in the hotel and outside heated pool. You can swim there even the weather is cold.
Very good breakfast.
The room itself was clean. The bed sheets and towels were pleasantly soft.
We could use the cost free parking and the shuttle bus to La Clusaz is just 100 meters from the hotel.
The hotel is also just 100 meters from the L'Etale Ski Lift.
The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were lovely. Located right by the ski lifts and near the town centre. Has space for ski storage and a little jacuzzi/sauna area that you can use during your stay too.
