    Hello! Thank you for your interest in Emerald Stay. 3 of the bedrooms are on the lower floor. They are all with bathroom and direct access to the garden and terrace.

    Hi Nabeelah, daily cleaning is not included - only end of stay cleaning is included, and for stays of 7+ nights there is a cleaning at the middle of the week (no change of linen). Additional cleaning are available, at extra cost. Best regards

Jatoba is a brand-new chalet in a quiet residential area of Chamonix near transport links. This home of 147sqm features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, modern equipment as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. A beautiful terrace, a private garden, a fireplace, a cinema corner and a lounge are also at your disposal. This property is completed to a high level finish using considered materials and design. The home truths: - Jatoba is located in a quiet residential area, a bit off-center. Nevertheless it is conveniently located half-way between the centers of Chamonix and Argentiere and has nearby transport links. - New constructions are in progress next to the chalet. There may be occasional noise, however please note that the construction works stop during winter. - The internet connection is the best we can set up at this location. There is high-speed internet (optical fiber not yet available) but you may experience difficulties to connect to the Wi-Fi (and therefore the smart TV). - End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. - Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.

Les Tines, the area of Chamonix where this home is located, is a calm residential area where a private road will lead you to a golf course as well as hiking and mountain bike trails, all within short walking distances. The train and bus lines are also 200 meters from the property. This neighborhood is conveniently located half-way between the centers of Chamonix and Argentière. We offer private transfers to;from Geneva and Lyon airports upon request. Bus stops and a train station for public transport nearby.
