Our apartments are a true golfers paradise, our region boasts 320 sunny days a year! - We are proud to donate percentage per booking to Ronald McDonald foundation. PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES • Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: 100EUR • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: 250.00EUR (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125EUR. • Damage to keys set: 50EUR • Smoke in the apartment: 200.00EUR The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of 500EUR will be deducted from the security deposit.

1005 sqm plot, 699 m2 built, 5-bedroom villa enjoying a private infinity pool in a very safe and exclusive location. The villa is beachfront facing the Mediterranean sea. The exterior has a private heated infinity swimming-pool with sun loungers, a giant garden, a BBQ area, a solarium area with sunset views and rooftop jacuzzi. The interior includes a spacious living-room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a spa with interior swimming-pool and sauna, and five bedrooms with five bathrooms, all ensuite. Heating for the jacuzzi (15EUR/day) / Spa interior pool (40EUR/day), Small pets allowed (Only up to 10 kg for 10 EUR per day)

This is a very quiet and luxurious urbanization, located in The New Golden Mile, an exclusive area between Marbella and Estepona The villa is beachfront, with a great variety of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Golf clubs are nearby too.
