Welcome to Esmeralda Apartment With Free Private Underground Parking! This property consists of one living room/kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. It has one double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed what becomes a comfortable bed for 2 persons when it's nedeed. Recently renovated, this property has it all: It has A/C,Heating, High Speed Internet, Heated Floors, Built-in appliances, Washer/Dryer and many more. It has a FREE Private Underground Parking in the same building what is very secure and cost you nothing. The parking is underground and you will get the remote once you check in at no extra cost. The parking size is for a regular car. It is always available for our guests!
The apartment is located 24 minutes walking by El Carmen(the historic centre of Valencia). The property is located 80 meters by Metro Garbi Station (Dr. Lluch) line that brings you to Malvarosa Beach(Valencia Main Beach) in 35 minutes, Bus station 28. Also, there is 8 minutes walking by Beniferri, 15 minutes by Palace of Congresses. Also the area is full of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, all kinds of stores.
