Aparthotel Wellness is located in the Parque Tecnológico, 15 minutes’ drive from the center of Valencia. The hotel features well-equipped apartments and a restaurant.

I didn’t go around too far as the hotel area is quite away from main attractions. The area looks very much like an industrial state with many big businesses around.
Probably the hotel would be handy for business travel with contacts nearby.
For holidays and proper Valencia life, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or area.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke - the smoke alarm was taped. Very nice staff at the reception exchanged our room for another - in the second room, "only" curtains stunk disgustingly.
Cheap hotel of adequate quality. It looks like an airport hotel, but it's more of a workers' hostel.
The parking lot is too small - it is always totally crowded. In the evening you will not find a place for your car.
We stayed one night in the hotel on our way to the north of Spain. The staff is very friendly (the person from the check in the evening and the person in the morning who served coffee in the bar) and the room is just what you need for one night : clean, a good bed and close to Heron city with several restaurants (300 meters on foot)
The owner was very helpful and kind.
At home was very clean, she took care about every detail. In the kitchen and bathroom was everything what is needed. From the flat is 300m~ to metro. Is very convinience approach to the city center.
From the station (Paterna)it takes around 20min. I really recommend the place.
The suite was spacious and the staff friendly. I booked a conference hotel for our 18 hr layover expecting it from experience to be clean and professional. Unfortunately this was not the reality.
