Splendid apartment in a new resort composed of small houses in a magnificent garden full of flowers and trees. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has 2 bedroms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equiped kitchen, 2 terraces (18m2 & 12m2), a private parking and a lift. La résidence dispose de 2 piscines et d'une plaine de jeux. En plus de jouir d'une magnifique vue mer, l'appartement est à 5 minutes des plages d'Estepona et de ses nombreux bars, restaurants et magasins. Le Golf d'Estepona, tout proche, est l'un des 8 parcours de Golf à quelques minutes de la résidence.
Married for 25 years and parents of grown-up children, we both work in the Brussels region. We love travelling, reading , gastronomy and good wine ... With over 300 days of sunshine per year , the Costa del Sol is a perfect place to spend holidays . We unfortunately cannot spend our time there permanently, which is why we decided to rent out the apartment so that other peope can enjoy this beautiful region of Andalucia. We put all our heart in the place, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We wish you already a wonderful stay .
The apartement is situated at 50 minutes from Malaga airport, 30 minutes from Gibraltar, 20 minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banus (the Spanish Saint-Tropez), from the Sotto Grande port, and not far from the splendid towns of Cordua, Nerja, Granada, Casares, Ronda, Mijas, Tarifa, and 2 hours from the incredible Sevilla.
