A quiet, well-energized private place. Which is 25km from Tartu and 1km from Tabivere. Suitable for spending time with your family or friends in private. A great place to charge batteries and escape city noise. This is a private house next to the family home. The back of the house has a private terrace. It is also possible to use the grillhouse. A total of 8 people can be accommodated (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 toddler bed; 1 folding sofa in the upper floor living room; 1 leather sofa on the lower floor and 1 outdoor bed) The ground floor has a wood-heated sauna, shower, large glass heat-storing fireplace, air conditioning, 40-inch TV, DVD, freezer, leather sofa and armchair. On the second floor there is a kitchenette with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, all the necessary utensils. TV set.android box, DVD player, dining table, folding sofa, children's play area, toilet, bedroom. The house has a fire alarm, foam extinguisher, alarm system, parking, wifi, fires. clean towels and bed linen.
I rent a guest house next to my family house to make a little extra money. And I am waiting for friendly and nice people who want to rest there :) The house is not rented out for noisy drinking and partying.
