Enjoy the simplicity of this suite, located in a quiet and central building in the Carolina Park Zone.
Ecuadorian living twelve years in Madrid. I lived in the suite I rent, I have a special affection for it, for its view, the environment and the quietly of the area. My partner María Elena Valdivieso helps me in Quito with all the details of reception and delivery, we are a team that will be ready to help you with all your needs so that your stay is a pleasant experience.
The suite is located in an exclusive and central area. You can enjoy around here the best restaurants, parks, shopping centers, cinemas and supermarkets. La Carolina Park is 100 m away. To the north at 300 m. It is the Iñaquito CCI Shopping Center, to the south 350 m., the Mall el Jardin. Public transport is on Av. Amazonas (100 m) or to Av. 10 de Agosto (70 m). If you want to move to the historic center, it is 15 minutes away. From the suite you can move by car or walking to the shopping area: Iñaquito Shopping Center, Mall el Jardín which are located in the area. On Amazonas Avenue you can find the commercial and banking area. And the Carolina park for rest and practice sports.
