Herzlich willkommen in der Ferienwohnung „Zweite Heimat“ in Schmallenberg-Grafschaft. Das Haus ist am Ortsrand von Grafschaft gelegen. Sie können sich in einer liebevoll gestalteten, komfortablen 65 m² Wohnung für 2-3 Personen sehr wohlfühlen. Über eine Aussentreppe gelangen sie auf den wohnungseigenen, großzügigen Balkon mit direktem Eingang zur Wohnung. Wir erlauben maximal einen Hund in unserer Ferienwohnung. Fühlen sie sich wie daheim in der großen Küche, die mit Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffee- und Padmaschine, Eier- und Wasserkocher, Mixer, Geschirrhandtüchern, Putzmitteln, Ceranfeld mit Backofen sowie Küchenpapier ausgestattet ist. Im Wohnzimmer erwarten Sie zwei gemütliche Couchen / Schlafsofa mit einem Flachbildfernseher, DVD Spieler, Radio, Gesellschaftsspielen und einigen Büchern. Zusätzlich laden ein Esstisch mit vier Stühlen zum spielen, essen und verweilen ein. Erfreuen Sie sich an einem schönen hellen Tageslicht-Badezimmer mit Dusche / WC. Handtücher, Fön, Seife, Toilettenpapier und ein Kosmetikspiegel machen es komplett.

Die Nähe zum Rothaarsteig, die nahegelegenen Wälder und den Radwegen machen Grafschaft zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Durch die Bushaltestelle im Ort lassen sich zahlreiche Ausflugsziele im Sauerland wie beispielsweise die Stadt Schmallenberg mit dem historischen Stadtkern, die Freizeitwelt Sauerland mit Kletterhalle, Jumparena, Hologate und Thikos Kinderland, Winterberg mit Bobbahn und Erlebnisberg Kappe, der Hennesee mit Schifffahrt sowie das SauerlandBad in Bad Fredeburg auch ohne PKW schnell erreichen.
