☆ Feel good at M-OASE ☆ The stylishly designed 3-room apartment is located in a very quiet area in the northern part of the city. Ideal for 4 people or a small family. It is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. ☆ 2 bedrooms (king-size bed and single bed with a work station) ☆ Living room with comfortable single sofa bed ☆ 50-inch smart TV, Netflix and high-speed WiFi ☆ Bathroom with shower ☆ Fully equipped kitchen ☆ Tchibo Cafissimo coffee machine ☆ Washing machine ☆ South-facing balcony ☆ free parking The newly furnished 55 m² apartment with a balcony is perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. Parking is possible right next to the building and is free of charge. The large bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed (1,80x2m). The small bedroom has one person for himself, where you can also work in a relaxed manner thanks to a desk and a comfortable armchair. The spacious living room invites you to relax with the cozy couch, which can be used as an additional single bed (0.90x2m) if required. To end the day, the 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix is available. High-speed WiFi is of course available throughout the apartment.
