Almost everything about my stay was as expected or even better. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The parking space I was a little worried about was also plentiful.

It's very close to nature, close by a a large park located centrally in WB city area. The hotel itself is like a large pavillon-ish building with a large terasse, many exotic blooms with close view to the garden and integrating. The overall gardenlike feel at the place makes you feel right at home. Also wonderful rooms, our apartment had a small baywindow hanging out over the entrance area beside the hotel building, and there were no noise at night from passing cars.
Also, the hotel bed was large and not too hard.
Thr morning breakfadt buffet was huge and had a lot of vegan options, as well as vegan selection on the menu, including the desserts. 5 stars service too!

I really enjoyed the Volkswagen factory tour. It was very interesting to see how the cars are produced. It was 10 euro to do the one hour factory tour .Probably better to check for an English language tour when you book on line. There is an interesting motor museum on the grounds at the autostadt with cars from all different makes and decades from the first car to modern ones. There are plenty of places to eat on the Autostadt Vw area and are not over priced either . The only thing that was disappointing were the two gift shops.I was expecting some cool Vw merchandise but was sadly left disappointed. Vw could do a lot lot better of this . Overall Wolfsburg is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. It might be best to spend at least two day to take it all in and visit other interesting places here. Very safe to walk about and very clean.

I got lost by my own fault but actually ended up at the VW...
I got lost by my own fault but actually ended up at the VW factory that I wanted to see so my mistake turned out to be a positive adventure. The place I stayed had a very nice and clean neighborhood with easy walking terrain. At least 90% of the vehicles I saw on my 1 hour walk were VW's. I am sure it is because of the VW manufacturing plant there, haha. I stayed in Neindorf and there are no grocery stores there so you must drive, or take the buts one town up towards Wolfsburg.

Visited the VW Autostadt on a Sunday in September during Covid-19 restrictions. As a VW fan, my visit was interesting - but lacked the factory tour, e-car drive and other things which were not available on the day.
I'd recommend you try to arrange a day when you can do everything to make it really worth while.
I didn't do anything else in Wolfsberg.

The town is really nice and lovely with alot of history to discover. Autostadt is a good stop if you have an interest in cars. Besides that there is alot of nature and the lake is fun for the whole family.

WOB is a small, nice, calm town.
WOB is a small, nice, calm town. People are nice and most of them speak english. The main attractions are Autostadt, Automobile museum, Allerpark (really nice pictures on sunset), Phaeno Science Center, Wolfsburg Castle among others. You also can shop in WOB designer outlet or in the city center shopping mall. You have several restaurants to eat. The only german food that I ate was at Christmas Market, the other restaurants have international food. If you like to walk you can walk around WOB by foot everywhere. I had a car, but I just parked it and just walked.

The hotel is very clean and well kept with fantastic staff who speak many languages.
Breakfast far exceeded my expectations and even the bar food was very nice.
In all I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to another stay!
Friendly staff, great location and nice hotel overall. The room was spacious and we had ample storage space. Even with the crib in the room we didn't feel it packed.
