    Hi, it's 4 km away from the Theresienwiese. You will need ca. 30 min by public transport.

  • Hi I would like to ask about car parking is it available near to apartment and do i need to reserve it earlier and how much it will cost me per day

    We have underground parking until end of october for 11€/ day, bookable in our guest app, you receive after booking. From november 2024 only public parking in the area.

Welcome to Homely Stay, your home away from home in a near the city center of Munich. The studio faces the courtyard and is therefore very quiet. It's the perfect place for a good rest after a long trip, an exciting day of sightseeing or a hard day at work. Prior to check-in, a digital check-in form must be completed for all arriving guests. This is mandatory. The security deposit is 200 EUR. Check-in is flexible and easy. Underground parking can be booked for an extra charge.
