Convenient apartment (living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony), 62 sqm living space, suitable for 1 to 4 guests. Furnished and equipped: bed, wardrobe, sofabed, tables, chairs, shelves, fridge, coffee / tea, cooking stove, dishwasher, washing machine. Well situated: shopping mall, food stores, good restaurant, transportation (trains, metro, bus lines) within a very short walking distance. Both to Oktoberfest (Theresienwiese) and to Messestadt (Trade Fair) in around 15 minutes.
