The 30 square meter apartment is furnished with a lot of dedication and attention to detail. I have taken care to make it friendly so that every feels welcome. The guest lacks nothing here. The apartment is fully equipped, for a maximum of 2 persons. As a welcome gift and a little "bonjour" we offer our guest a sweet breakfast on the first morning. The little breakfast includes: coffee, tea, toast, butter, jam, fruit. Bon Appetit! Here is a small overview of the apartment: There is a 1.40 meter bed, a functional work area with desk and chair, a comfortable seating area for guests, a cute little kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, a small but nice wardrobe and a storage room. Special gimmick: A cute balcony to the backyard, inviting you for a Sunday breakfast or an evening glass of wine.
My name is Diana. I live in Duisburg and operate a small hotel near the city center. I am married, have a daughter, who has found happiness in Cologne. A few years ago I bought a small apartment together with my husband. While he is responsible for all technical matters and has taken over the renovation work, I have devoted myself entirely to furnishing. I burn for interior and interior equipment. I'd like to redecorate all day, but eventually I'll be happy too. In addition, I like to cook for my life and love to travel with my husband and dog. I'm looking forward to every interesting conversation and I can´t wait to immerse myself in the world of Booking.
The apartment is located in a quiet and very central area, close to Duisburg Central Station and University Duisburg-Essen. Public transport is within walking distance. The exhibition cities Essen and Dusseldorf are about 30 minutes by car. Shopping for your daily needs, restaurants, snack bars are 5-10 min walk distance. And if you want to do some sports or simply like to walk, you will find large park "Am Kaiserberg" nearby.
