Všem milovníkům hor nabízíme ubytování v útulném a prostorném srubu alpského stylu vhodným k relaxaci a setkávání s rodinou i přáteli. Srub se nachází na klidném místě obklopeném rozsáhlými lesy, v údolí Kotelského potoka, na okraji malebné vesničky Dolní Dvůr s unikátní zvonkohrou, a to přímo u vstupu do Krkonošského národního parku.
V létě je idealním výchozím bodem pro pěší výlety na hřebeny hor za poznáváním krás Krkonoš a vynikajícím pro cyklistiku - ležící přímo na cyklistické trase K1D. V okolních lesích můžete sbírat borůvky nebo houby. Přímo z oken srubu můžete večer pozorovat srnky, jeleny a další lesní zvěř. V zimním období je Dolní Dvůr vyhledávaným střediskem zimních sportů s nově vybudovaným ski areálem, který nabízí upravené sjezdové tratě, večerní lyžování, umělé zasněžování, lyžařskou školu a půjčovnu lyžařského vybavení.
