@lacasitaminca is located in the heart of the Sierra Nevada lush mountain range, 30 minutes hike or 8 minutes (moto or car) ride above Minca in front of the vegetable garden of La Culebrera. It sits at 800 meters above sea level with breathtaking views over the mountains, Santa Marta and the Caribbean ocean. You'll hardly find such an ideal location in the area : the house stands at the crossroads of the village of Minca, the cacao farm La Candelaria, Mundo Nuevo hotel farm, treks pathway... The luxury of the house is about the view it has to offer. All the spaces have been designed to enjoy the best of it. The spacious living space sits between your 2 suite rooms for more peacefulness and intimacy. This central space is intentionally open to immerge yourself in nature and embrace the plunging view. The main suite double hot shower & panoramic bed view will make your stay unforgettable. The open kitchen-living space is fully equipped. It extends onto an overhanging round typical indigenous terrace where you can lay down to enjoy a 180º view and birdwatching. The decoration and furnitures have been carefully selected amongst local crafts.
We both work as independents and our schedules can vary from one day to the other. Nature lovers and adventurers, we've lived in the surroundings of Minca for the past 5 years!
The new touristic destination of Minca's valley is renown for its luxuriant nature, abundant wildlife and wide variety of activities it has to offer.
