河南南路159号Answered on 15 November 2019Dear front office of Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel, Is it possible if You can arrange 2 Twin Bed at Club Suite with bund view and lounge access (57 M) from 18 Oct to 21 Oct as 3 for our family with 3 ppl instead of 1 King Bed, as we don’t want to sleep together on a king bed and we are very interested to accommodate in your hotel, please let me know whether this arrangement is ok or not by return ASAP, thanks very much and have a good day. Dear Kitty, Sorry for the late reply as we checked with the rooms department that our Club Suite only have one king size bed. But we have 2 other options : 1) you can book the club suite and add an extra bed ( you need to pay RMB158 for extra bed per night) 2) you can book our Club Double Room and let your reservation number to us. We will remark in the system to try arrange a room with better view.
