  • My flight on check out day is quite late. Would I be able to keep my bags at the villa till 5pm

    We can only hold the bags until 3pm

  • Do you offer cleaning services?? For a long stay

    We've made some changes: for stays of 4 nights, we refresh the towels every 2nd day. For longer stays, we provide a full cleaning every 3 to 4 days, depending on the length of your stay.

  • Are there any bedrooms with bathrooms in ground floor? For elderly person

    Unfortunately the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first and second floor (second and third floors to Amerians) and there are stairs to get to the ground floor as well.

Property info

Private Luxury Villa of 550sqm in Zürich, close to the lake, Villa Imperial provides comfort and full privacy for a weekend, a holiday or even a long-term stay. You and your guest will have the entire villa to your self, with the exception of the staff. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, a cinema room, 2 office rooms, a cigar room and a garden. The heart of the city is less than 15 minutes away by very convenient public transport or 5 minutes by car. We provide covered parking for 2 cars, additional parking available without cover. Our maintenance person lives in the building, shared main entrance but private apartment in the basement.
