Please note that the property has no reception. There is a check-in machine where you have to provide your booking number, your passport or ID number, and a credit or debit card for payment. After the registration and the payment, you will receive your room key.

The apartments can be reached by car from Gingster-Weg on the backside of the hotel. Please note that private parking is not possible after check-out.

Please note that there is no daily cleaning service at the property. For longer stays, basic weekly cleaning will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be booked on site at a surcharge.

Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00.

A surcharge of CHF 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of CHF 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
