For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The location is great, near several tram and bus stops and within a walking distance from the city center. The room was also very clean when we arrived, the gym was good and the apartment was very well equipped. The complimentary soap for the washing machine and dishwasher was also a highlight. The check-in was smooth even though we arrived late and it was not in-person.

The location is very good, 5-10 min walk to the train station where you can find a supermarket with extended hours. Old city is 15 min walk, as is the famous shopping street. Zurich is a very civilized and safe city, very high end and priced appropriately (i.e. high). The condo is also a 2 min walk from a beautiful park with lots of green spaces and good for jogging. A swimming area in one of the lake tributaries is literally across the street, but we did not partake.

Located near de lake shore, where you can walk and have a nice view. And you have the tram station and 2 supermarkets half a block away.

EMA house Serviced Apartments provides easy access to the city centre and main sightseeing attractions. The Lochergut tram station, a 3-minute walk away, takes you to the centre within 10 minutes. I liked the location, it was walkable to Letzigrund Stadium. I liked the view from our room. I liked the size of the apartment, the kitchen & extra 1/2 bath. I liked the convenience of the little deli store beneath the apartment.
