Luxury apartment and modern studio located on the second floor of a detached house in a very quiet location with its own parking with controlled access at no extra charge and a charging station at an extra charge. The property is close to the Sitnyakovo Farmers Market next to three city parks, one of which is the Boris Garden and a 20-minute walk from the National Stadium, Sofia University and bars and restaurants in the ideal center of Sofia.
