MARTINI Apartment is located in front of the entrance of the Sea Garden, 150 meters from “FLORA Expo Centre” and 350 meters - a 6-minute walk to the beach. It is located on the second floor above Supermarket "Perla" and shop "Avanti". The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds 160/200 for accommodation of 4 people, living room, kitchen and dining room, bathroom with toilet and two terraces. The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper are available. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, oven, electric hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. The living room has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with free digital tv. Free WiFi access is available. Please note that : Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events in the apartment.
In the next building there are shops for fruits and vegetables, bakery, shop for perfumes and cosmetics, patisserie, fresh meat shop and much more. A lots of supermarkets, restaurants and diners, Pizza, fish restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, POS terminals, children's parks and open markets are located minutes from the apartment.
