The hotel is located on a bluff above the Black Sea. We had a beautiful view of the sea and saw an amazing sunrise! It is close to the beach, just a 10 minute walk. the room was very clean and was cleaned daily.

The night markets stretched the whole length of the town.
Very friendly place.
Good access to neighbouring resorts.
The only negative was it is very hilly, our elderly guest did not leave the hotel grounds, except by car.

We based our choice of place and hotel on reviews and photos. Kiten was dirty and unkempt, unloved and uncared for, not suitable for disabled. The hotel bore no resemblance to the photos and was decidedly overpriced, dirty and old. The only saving grace was the beach but that was crowded! Some nice inexpensive restaurants. Not much to do or see. There was a live music venue opposite the hotel.

it was out of season ,but we did find two places to eat and...
it was out of season ,but we did find two places to eat and drink,one being a big open restaraunt which had canoes on the ceiling which had amazing service and the best pizza ive eaten in years and another beach res. which was on kiten beach next to tequila bar,which was also a hotel, disgusting food and really ignorant bad service, cant say much more, on kiten as it was out of season,but we managed to find everything we needed in the shops that where open ,very clean and tidy town

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed to spent time there. The staff was great and very helpful. The room were nice and clean, they change the towels every day and left the room clean and tidy. The food was really good, I loved eating there even I am so picky with what to eat, we had plenty of food. The pool was warm and you can swimming there freerly. Also the hotel was very close to beach and that was awesome.
For sure I will visit again and recommend this hotel to others.
I just can’t stress enough how thankful all my family is for the warm welcoming. The hotel is on the first line, with view to the beach, car park, own swimming pool and child play area.
The place is very close to the south beach. The rooms are comparatively small but clean. There is a restaurant with loud music nearby until 11 o’clock each day
