This recently renovated waterfront apartment has all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in this buzzing Darwin neighbourhood, with open plan living and a generous balcony offering fantastic views of the surrounding tropical treetops and the Arafura Sea. Enter via a light-filled hallway, which opens out into a large and welcoming living space. A modern kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, kettle, and toaster. If you're eating indoors, choose between the breakfast bar, the six-seater dining table, or head to the lounge area where a large sofa is perfect for kicking back in front of the TV. With three bedrooms accommodating six guests, the master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite while the second and third bedrooms have queen beds. The main bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, as well as all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer – for your use. Guests also have the convenience of an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. To make the most of the stunning views and sea breezes, large glass doors slide open from the living area to the balcony, where a six-seater dining table provides the perfect setting for sharing an evening meal while enjoying the beautiful Darwin sunsets. When you're not relaxing in your private outdoor space, make the most of the building's shared facilities, including a pool with a timber deck and patio area surrounded by landscaped gardens.

Nightcliff Foreshore, a popular spot for dining and recreational activities, is just 20 minutes' walk or a few minutes' drive from the apartment. Try one of the food trucks or open-air restaurants, or pack your own lunch and find a shaded spot at the picnic tables. There are plenty of options to choose from if you're keen to get active during your stay , including cycling along the bike path, outdoor exercise stations and a pool, while Nightcliff Jetty offers an ideal vantage point to watch the picturesque Darwin sunsets. The Rapid Creek Markets are held every weekend at Rapid Creek Business Village, 25-minute walk or a five-minute drive from the apartment. Pop by to find an array of street foods and fresh produce as well as arts and crafts stalls.
