In the Parap district of Darwin, close to Bundilla Beach, Elsey on Parap features a terrace and a washing machine. With pool views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. We loved this accommodation in Parap, a lovely part of Darwin. Instructions on how to enter the appartement were very clear. The appartement was clean, bright and big. The location of Elsey on Parap is AMAZING! On Saturday morning the famous Parap Village Market is from 8 am till 2 pm and this is where all the locals go. Then on Sunday the famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market is close by the appartement as well, which is where half of Darwin goes at sunset. And finally, a local at Darwin airport suggested we have dinner at Darwin Trailer Boat Club as it has the best sunsets in Darwin. And that happened to be a 6 minute walk from Elsey on Parap. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Darwin.

This apartment was everything we could have hoped for and more. The layout was thoughtful and spacious, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to. The kitchen was a standout—fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy and enjoyable to cook meals. What made it even more special was knowing that the owner built much of it himself, adding a unique and personal touch that you rarely find. The entire experience felt like an escape from reality. The peaceful atmosphere and welcoming vibe made it hard to leave. The owner was incredibly kind and clearly passionate about creating a space that guests will love. This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve ever had. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
