We fly into Tirana Airport on Dec 26 at approximately 1pm. I noticed you advertise an airport shuttle. Can this be arranged and how much is the cost?
Yes, it is possible to pick you up at the airport on the date and time you specify. It depends on your departure from Airport. The new autobahn its a little tricky to have direct line. The best way to do is going to the bus terminal and then you can take busses or vans.
