Attractively situated in the District 3 district of Ho Chi Minh City, ALOHA SAIGON PREMIUM HOSTEL by Local Travel Experts - Newly opened, Less-touristy location, Spacious rooms, Glass shower bathroom,... Unbelievably clean! It was spotless. We arrived very late and there was no problem with check it (thank you!). We stayed in a very large twin room with a private bathroom. There was a window looking inside the building but there was no problem, very quiet and we had great sleep. Free water refill, cheap cold beer, luggage storage and fairly close to the airport. Not that close to the centre but is about 20min walk. Great English!

Located in Ho Chi Minh City, HALF Coffee N Dorm features a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. The hostel was very modern and clean. It's located in an alley (which doesn't have the negative connotation it does in the U.S. In Vietnam, businesses are often in alleys). I was honestly surprised by how intimate the setting was. I was in the single room on the first floor as I was advised to have since I had a lot of heavy luggage from shopping and the hotel didn't have an elevator. Only a little bit of stairs to climb. Also, I left something in Hoi An and asked if I could have it shipped there (and this was before I even checked in and arrived) and they said yes and happily took care of it until I arrived. Everyone was nice and super responsive. There are pets but they are trained and not unruly, and they are small.

Triple Hostel in Ho Chi Minh City provides adults-only accommodation with a shared lounge and a terrace. Only stayed for one night but everthing is great, cool aircon and big room, close to bus and mrt station to the airport, will be back here

Saigon Authentic Alley Hostel - FREE Morning City Tour, Fresh Daily Breakfast, Gym & Rooftop Billiard has a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Ho Chi Minh City. pristine clean, a bit fancy looking, lovely staff: all of them are gold but i am particularly thankful to Thành and Minh for their help with everything, cute common spaces, simple but delicious breakfast included in the price of the stay, interesting organised activities, the owner clearly cares, participates and takes pride in maintaining this place :)

Well situated in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, The Common Room offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge and free WiFi. New and modern. Looks like the pictures and feels like the luxury version of a hostel stay. Easy communication with very welcoming and helpful staff. Easy to meet people and strike up a conversation in the common area and at the evening meal. There are games available and an area where you can just relax. Outside it is a lively and happy street, especially in the evening, but inside I found that there was a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The beds were good and the bathroom clean.

The staff at the desk was always helpful and kind. They are willing to take all the time necessary to explain so that the guest completely understands. There is Ace scenic travel service attached to the hostel. I heard good things especially about the boat ride on the Mekong River. A fruit stand with fresh fruit everyday next door and two 24-hour convenient stores close by too. A very kind man and wife selling fresh cold coconuts at the nearest corner.
