There are various open-air areas for all your needs — a bar and a chill space with hammocks. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I returned to the hostel without a booking before my flight back and felt like I was meeting old friends. The place felt just like home.

It's located in an alley (which doesn't have the negative connotation it does in the U.S. In Vietnam, businesses are often in alleys). I was honestly surprised by how intimate the setting was. I was in the single room on the first floor as I was advised to have since I had a lot of heavy luggage from shopping and the hotel didn't have an elevator. Only a little bit of stairs to climb. Also, I left something in Hoi An and asked if I could have it shipped there (and this was before I even checked in and arrived) and they said yes and happily took care of it until I arrived. Everyone was nice and super responsive. There are pets but they are trained and not unruly, and they are small.

The hostel is in a prime location, just near Ben Thanh Market with many great restaurants and cafes around. The staff are friendly, the dorms and bathrooms are clean, and good facilities. A very comfortable and convenient stay!

This is one of the most comfortable hostels I have ever stayed in my life. The whole environment is quite clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner almost all the time, and the food is very healthy. The Men's sleeping room is really comfortable. Even though I live there with more than ten people at the same time, the whole design is elegant and it does not interfere with each other. It really gives us a casual and quiet resting environment.

The beds were comfortable and communal space has an open concept that's good for meeting people are do some work. It almost gives you a coffee shop feel.
