Bed was comfortable and the whole place is quiet and peaceful , guaranteeing you are well rested for your busy days. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was very spacious with high ceiling, and bright and clean bathroom. Nice to have a regular bed instead of a bunk one, and it was really comfortable. Some of the staff members were nice some not, but Andrew who showed me to my room was very helpful and friendly, and made sure that I have everything I need. Free coffee is such a great thing and the lounge was so cosy (so many books there!). Perfect location too, with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs around and close to a few subway stations so it takes no time to get to Manhattan.
