Conveniently located in New Orleans, HI New Orleans Hostel offers air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. This 3-star hostel offers a shared kitchen and a 24-hour front desk. It was really well maintained and perfectly planned, Rooms were spacious and cozy, beds are comfortable and you have great curtain for privacy. I loved that there were not shared but few private bathrooms with shower and toilet in it. There were plenty of them so no lines or anything like that. Location is good as well for all main attractions. Very nice touch with free breakfast, super basic yet enough.

Cosy hostel, great atmosphere with lots of interaction between the people staying there, kind and helpful staff and just a walk away from the french quarter. The hostel itself is clean, spacious and well decorated. Lucia and Robert, the owners, love what they do in life. You feel like you are visiting relatives, that are always opened to hangout with you and show you around. It was the best hostel experience in my life.

Blue Moon Guest House offers dorm-style accommodations, 1 mile from the University of Louisiana Conference Centre. It also features an on-site saloon with live music adjacent to this hostel. The location and facilities are amazing. It's a little pricey but that can be mitigated with using their awesome kitchen to prepare your own meals. We were happy to have the opportunity to meet other travelers and chat with the bartender when we stopped by the bar next door. It was all a treat after a tiring semester.

Definitely get to know the people working at the hostel. Jamal, Meg and everyone else was so cool and always up for hanging out. Spent 2 weeks there and wish I could have spent longer. It’s easy to meet people as well as there is a happy hour every day at 7 with free beer and a chance to hang out with other hostel goers. Definitely will come back again.

The area is quiet, clean and Free of scuttle at night time even though it's on one of the main roads near downtown. Our family values being close but far at the same time. This property is our go-to, The house is exceptionally clean, Completely stocked with all of the necessities that a family needs for cooking including spices. And wonderful desk setups in every room! 🙏 We love the long drapes and beautiful white setting decor. The host chance has always been above par.
