Breakfast was included and the dinner was inexpensive, home cooked and delicious in a communal setting in the dining room. The daily free farm tour is worth it and they also offer painting and cooking lessons. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

2 km from Uhuru monument, Mufasa city Hostel and Apartments is situated in Arusha and provides free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Serengeti Villa has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Arusha. Offering a bar, the property is located within 2.7 km of Old German Boma. We had a great time there, very good value for money. Place was neat, loved the indoor/outdoor flip-flops. Chilling out in the inner garden was was very tranquil too. All in all a very good place, pleasant stay we had. Staff and the owner were friendly as well.

The people make the place and the staff were just beautiful. They’ve made a gorgeous, welcoming, homey accommodation and I would recommend it to anyone travelling through Tanzania wanting to feel safe and comfortable.

Located in Arusha, 3.7 km from Uhuru monument, Osotwa Maasai Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. the beds are heavenly comfortable, the whole hostel feels very homey and welcoming and is very clean. The staff is the absolute best: they invited me to go have dinner with them (which was perfect as I travelled alone) and helped me out a lot with some issues I had with my transfer to nairobi.

It was amazing experience to be accommodated by home villa, I liked almost everything. I like the cleanness environment, design of the property and the humbles of staffs. My family was very happy to spend time there.

It is a very nice place in a peaceful natural area. I stayed 2 nights here and the host Daniel made me feel very welcome. We went together for lunch not long after I arrived and after that we spent a really awesome day at the lake with his friends. In the night we went out together and this was also very fun. The accomodation itself is also very nice with a comfortable bed and even a kitchen. I can totally recommend this place to anyone!!
