Amazing old house. Rooms are very cosy. There's one toilet with shower and one separate shower. Rhe kitchen is fully equipped. The closest town is Duved where you can shop from ICA. The hostess was very responsive and super nice. You can pay by card at the property.

You could see during the day they work hard when there, cleaning and prepping.

Great location, comfortable and clean facilities
Breakfast was great. The hotel is huge with lot of activities. The inner pools were awesome and kids loved it. Hotel has a big and cheap parking. The direct tunnel from the hotel to the mall was very convenient.
Pleasant cheap accommodation in a nice environment between the mountains
Really big room in a very nice and cosy hotel. Well located in one of the main streets, close to a lot of restaurants. Easy to find some cheap parking spots around for our car.
Great location, friendly staff and clean space.
The cottage location was great. The(small) living room very nice. Good bathroom and entry hall. Good heating. The beds were comfortable but both bedrooms very small. Ok for the one with the bunk bed but the one with one large bed was too small. Only space for the bed and you had to crawl into the inner part of the bed. Not good enough for us. Nice dining table but no lamp. The kitchenette ok but tiny.
The best and cosiest hotel in Östersund! Great location and in an plder building which gives it character. But the absolute best part of staying at hotel Emma is the breakfast! So mich to choose from and organic/locally produced products. We keep on coming back anytime we are in town.
