I recently stayed here and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself is stunning elegantly designed with impeccable attention to detail. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with luxurious amenities that made me feel right at home, 3 hrs of sleep felt like 8 hrs. The Service was outstanding, we almost missed our flight because we forgot to book a transfer van to the airport. Clarice, who was off work at the time, went above and beyond by reminding us and arranging a van for us on the spot. This level of care is what makes Bajala truly special. Highly recommend !

Joyce (receiptionist/manager) was being super helpful & patients becox of my delaying on flight & lost of luggage. The vibe in pacifico is so cool & we meet a very cool groups of ppl over there. The common area are cozy and good for cooking. Bed was comfy and bed lighting was provided. Balance board , yoga mat & some workout equipments was provided, that give a high light for the place for long staying individuals.
