Punta Huanchaco Hostel in Huanchaco biedt accommodatie alleen voor volwassenen met een gedeelde lounge, een terras en watersportfaciliteiten. stop looking at other hostels in huanchaco and just stay here, trust me! if you love hostels that feel like one big family, this is the perfect place. the hostel mom and dad are Dario and Gigi, a lovely couple who always take the time to get to know every newcomer, are always down for a chat, and are always ready to help you with anything you need. they radiate a genuine sense of hospitality thats rare and hard to comeby elsewhere. the hostel is small of around 15-20 spots which makes for a cute and homely atmosphere. i have many fond memories of going out with everyone to surf together, drinking a beer at sunset, chatting and hanging out on the terasses, cooking, playing games, and going out for dinner together. the fascilities are great. theres a well-equipped and spotless kitchen, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are nice and spacious. the entire hostel is cleaned thoroughly everyday. the living room is perfect for relaxing together, with 5 adorable cats that are always down to cuddle. theres a nice spatious downstairs area with tables and chairs, and another large balcony terrass to chill in. plus a yoga room to top it off! the location is perfect. one reason is for surfing: because the current carries you northwards, its convenient to paddle out closer to the south side, where the hostel is located. another reason is that its close to many restaurants, only a 5 minute walk from the coolest beach club in town called Frogs, and directly opposite 2 convenience stores. The most awesome surfschool ever (Muchik), is only 7 minutes away and is directly opposite the best place to surf as a beginner. I highly recommend going to muchik if you want to learn how to surf. The surfinstructors there are so much fun and very attentive. They became very close friends of mine throughout my stay. leaving this place was a hard thing to do and i stayed for over 6 weeks.

ATMA Hostel & Yoga ligt in Huanchaco in de regio La Libertad, op 11 km van Trujillo. Het biedt een zonneterras en uitzicht op zee. It is a super relaxed hostel if you look for staying a couple of days and learn how to surf. The kitchen is really good and the beds and chill area are super cozy.

Strenua - Las Quintanas ligt in een winkel- en woongebied in de buurt van het historische centrum van Trujillo. This property is really nice, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious, at least the one we had. It included a bathroom, bedroom, a living room area, refrigerator, microwave. Our room here was bigger than some of the Airbnb properties we have been to. We thought it was nice that they bring your breakfast to you, since the rooms have a table area where you can eat. The shared kitchen has everything we needed. Hot water always available. The area that the hotel is in feels safe and is pretty close to everything, maybe 5 minutes' walk from the central plaza, very close to multiple grocery stores, lots of restaurants, etc. The place is located in a quiet street. The airport transfer service is reliable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed in, if not the nicest.

Quiet, secure neighbourhood. Easy walk to the old town. Buses to Chan Chan and Huanchaco go right past the end of the road. Short walk to El Dorado bus terminal for buses to Máncora. Nice top floor terrace sitting area with sunset. Fridge to store food. Cafe downstairs does good coffee. Staff were helpful and kept my luggage until my late bus. Big comfortable room, fast WiFi, good shower, lamp and sockets beside the bed.

My Friend Surf Hostal ligt op 30 meter van het strand El Helio, op 200 m van de hoofdstraat Los Pinos en de commerciële wijk. The staff, guests, facilities and restaurant were all outstanding!

Despite its location on the main business street, it is surprisingly quiet at night. The building itself is also a beautiful historic building from the republican era. The hotel owner is so nice, giving me all local insider’s tips about the city. He also helped me booking a tour around the archeological sites nearby for no commission fees.

Surf hostel My Friends ligt in Huanchaco, op 2 minuten lopen van Playa Huancarute en 600 meter van Playa El Mogote, en is voorzien van een tuin en een bar, en gratis WiFi. Supervriendelijke mensen, heerlijk ontbijt en goede surflessen!!!

Hotel Plaza Trujillo ligt op een gunstige locatie in Trujillo, op 1 stratenblok van het belangrijkste plein van de stad. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar en er wordt dagelijks een ontbijt geserveerd. The hotel is well kept and the rooms comfortable. The location being only a block from the plaza is excellent and the street relatively quiet.

Panoramic windows overlooking the artificial lawn provide a certain pleasure. Very polite and friendly staff here. they always monitor cleanliness and ask if you need to clean the room - this is very convenient, because they don’t come to you at an inconvenient time to clean up like in other hotels.
