The vibe of this hostel is fantastic, and I had amazing conversations with everyone I met while staying here. Hot water, comfy bed, and lots of animals to love on made this the perfect place for me to stay. Gigi even gave me a front door key after I checked out to make sure I could come back and hang out in the public areas, which I really appreciated!

The surf camp is perfectly located, right in front of the best surf spot in Huanchaco. The surf lessons were amazing, even for beginners like me. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and very professional, especially Joan, nacional champion. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, perfect for meeting people from all over the world. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and some offer stunning ocean views. The large patio and yoga space are a great bonus for relaxing after a session in the waves. On top of that, the team is super welcoming and offers great advice to explore Huanchaco and the surrounding area. It’s a little slice of paradise where I felt completely at home. I’ll definitely be back!

Facing the beachfront, My Friend Surf Hostal offers 1-star accommodation in Trujillo and features free bikes, shared lounge and terrace. The staff, guests, facilities and restaurant were all outstanding!

Located in Huanchaco, within 200 metres of Huancarute and 600 metres of El Mogote, Surf hostel My Friends provides accommodation with a garden and a bar, and free WiFi. it was very good everything is clean, the food at the restaurant is very good, you are very close to the beach and most importantly the staff is so very nice and you can take surf class with the hostel, the teacher and owner is a good and patient teacher who is very nice definitely recommend

The hotel is well kept and the rooms comfortable. The location being only a block from the plaza is excellent and the street relatively quiet.

Le Saint-Etienne is located in Trujillo, less than 1 km from Trujillo City Cathedral and a 9-minute walk from Trujillo Municipality. Nothing it’s really very bad experience

The kitchen is well equipped the bathrooms are clean and the rooms as well and the wifi is working well as well. Since they also run a surf school and many things are run by volunteers (greetings to Margaux, you did great job) you will most probably meet many enthusiastic surfers, which is great! Really recommended stay in Huanchaco.
