This would have to be the best backpacker accommodation I've ever stayed in. Friendly and helpful owner and excellent location near old precinct. Absolutely exceeded my expectations in all areas.

Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities, with multiple facilities located on each floor. great central location. very well organized, well equipped and spacious common area/ kitchen with an attached balcony. Stayed only one night in a 4 bed female dorm. The room was small and therefore a little dark but there was good luggage storage for each person and in the pod itself there was a shelf with a light , USB port. etc. The facility was really clean and quiet at night. I arrived late but there was great instructions given re key pick up, rules of the facility etc. only met one staff member in the morning to drop off the key.

It features an open-plan living/dining area with a log fire to relax and enjoy the views. We had a cozy room and we can enter the property from the sides. It is very near to the town center where all the eateries and supermarket is. It is also near to the war memorial where you can get quite a high point view of the town.

All the facilities are super clean and always on stock. The kitchen is clean and very good equipped. The Staff is amazing and is really open to help with all sorts of problems, especially Adam. He was always open to help and also there to have a really nice chat. They provide a laundry service, without charging more, then a laundromat in Queenstown would cost. They provide free towels. The have a really cosy and well equipped lounge area. Every evening the staff planned some sort of activity to get in touch with other people. I highly recommend to stay in this hostel.
