Overnatningsstedet ligger tæt på Sky Tower, The Civic og Aucklands rådhus. the hostel was in an amazing location, just a short walk to the centre of town. the secure parking was awesome and only $10 a day! the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Saskia, she was so strong and carried all my bags so I had to make a special mention just for her 🥰 the building was very secure and had different floors with separate kitchens and lounges, so there was plenty of space for everyone and card locks on each floor. The whole place was great, an older building fitted out with all the modern necessities needed. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone!

The staff on Reception are exceptional, they were very accommodating for my needs. The guys on reception took good care of me while I stayed in the hostel and made sure I had access with a strong connection to wifi. They made sure I was safe coming to and from the hostel. The hostel has a safe security card that only lets residents or people staying in the hostel enter. The entire place has security cameras and I felt very safe as a solo female staying in this hostel So grateful for the guys and girl on reception The hostel has 7 floors and the cleaners kept the place looking and smelling immaculate, thumbs up to the cleaners, they are the best top marks , they deserve a pay rise…….The hostel was so clean and very affordable in a great location near Queen street , Karangahape Road and Auckland University. I am so glad I chose to stay here because of the clean affordable accommodation in a great location but above all the outstanding customer services the staff provided to all customers that stayed in the hostel Well done UNITED AUCKLAND you guys are the best

Waiheke Backpackers Hostel ligger i Onetangi, 300 m fra Onetangi Strand, og tilbyder indkvartering med have, gratis privat parkering, fælles opholdsstue og grillfaciliteter. This hostel is definitely one of the best I've tried in a year in New Zealand! The atmosphere there is great. The staff is incredible, they put a lot of effort in the cleaning which makes the hostel super comfortable to live in. My room was big (dorm of 4), though the 2-beds dorms are quite small though. All of them have windows. Showers are huge with high pressure. It's on top of a beautiful hill, next to the most beautiful beach on the island... If you wanna play it chill for a few days, this is the hostel for you!

Staff was friendly. Kitchen was fully stocked and well organized. Loved the outdoor dining area. The AirPort Express bus was 2 blocks away. And it’s in the heart of the central business district.
