He is just amazing. Always one call away. Very responsible and fast in response!!! Room is basic but cozy and always with heaters on that kept me warm!! Clean and well equipped kitchen!

This hotel offers budget accommodation on the Arctic Ocean island of Svalbard. Communal facilities include a kitchen and TV lounge. Snowmobile safaris, dog sledding and glacier walks can be arranged. The staff was possibly the best part of the experience. I drank at the Coal Miners Bar and Grill almost everyday and I was met with an enthusiastic staff that really defined my visit to an extent. Some of the best people I met while I was in Svalbard.
