Hamar
The hostel is located along the road E6, 3 km outside Hamar and 120 km north of Oslo. The neighbouring Vikingskipet Arena was a 1994 Winter Olympics venue. Today, it hosts various sports, concerts and exhibitions. Very good breakfast, great staff, very helpful and friendly.
Lillehammer

Bathroom was amazing and the room itself was simple but clean. Management and staff were really helpful and even went the extra mile to pick me up when I got lost. Definitely worth the price I paid

Gjøvik

The receptionist was really nice! And generally everything was pretty good. I enjoyed the stay. Breakfast delicious!
Great location, very friendly staff
Easy to find, easy self check in. Great location. Easy parking. Lovely historic home. Perfectly clean. Amazing, comfortable common areas and huge modern kitchen for self-catering. With only 11 rooms, it felt like an exclusive and homely stay. Husband and I had a double room - cannot fault. Our adult daughters had a bunk room - a little cramped and stuffy but they still enjoyed the stay. Breakfast in hotel was lovely.
The straff was very helpful. The room was quiet. The pillows were soft, and there was an extra pillow. The great location allowed me to spot their food court (matkvarteret), as even someone with very little time can spot something 50 meters from the hotel entrance;)
No fuss, efficient. They sent text message on how to get into room. Had 2 separate showers and toilets. Small kitchen area. Had a washer (and detergent), essential for backpackers! Less than a kilometer from groceries
Great location and perfect stay at the cabins of this camping!
We didn’t have our room in the mainbuilding, there a a few buildings around we got a room there surrounded by nature we really liked it. Unluckily, there were no benches or something like that to sit outside and enjoy. The room itself remembered being in a youth hostel, it was clean but nothing to store something, no paintings - felt a little bit sadly. Otherwise the main building was nice and we recommend having buffet dinner there. Really delicious!
GREAT LOCATION I HAD A 1 BED APARTMENT, HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND WAS CHEAP
Fairly basic hostel accommodation with bunk beds. You have to put the bedding on yourself and the bathroom is shared. But the place is super clean, with friendly staff, a great breakfast (included in the price) and fantastic views from the breakfast balcony, where you can also chill with a drink in the evening. Outstanding value for money in an expensive country, and an ideal stopover if you're on the long drive south towards Oslo or Torp airports.
The best hostel in Norway. Perfect location, no noise disturbance from bus / train, delicious food for breakfast and also at the restaurant for dinner, incredibly kind and helpful staff, super comfy beds and hot showers. I wish I could have stayed longer.
