Stayokay Hostel Maastricht is situated on the banks of the Maas River, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre of Maastricht. The large terrace provides a view on the water. I loved everything about this hostel. I think the staff was very friendly and the facilities were incredible.

Terborgh Budget Hostel ligger i Schinnen, 26 km från Basilica of Saint Servatius, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en bar. Bridgette is a fantastic host and the dorm is incredible. Very comfy beds, great showers, all facilities were super clean. There's a common room where you get breakfast which is open all the time with snacks and a bar and board games. Breakfast was great, free coffee! The building itself is a beautiful 15th century castle complete with moat (and plenty of singing frogs). There's woodland walks nearby and a trains station 20 minutes walk away with great links and trains running twice an hour all through the day and night. The adjoining pub looked great too though we didn't have chance to eat or drink there. We will be back for pinkpop next year! Thanks Jordan and Tom

Botel ligger förtöjd vid Maasboulevard bredvid Stadspark i den historiska stadskärnan. Hotellet erbjuder gratis Wi-Fi i alla allmänna utrymmen och en bar med en mysig terrass och utsikt över floden. This is not the first time I have stayed here and I will go back again. If you really can't live without a minibar and a telly in your room, this is not for you. It's a moored boat, not an ocean liner (more Para Handy's The Vital Spark). Because it's a boat, it shifts very slightly if something big sails past. There's a question up there about whether it's a romantic place to stay. It is, but if you're after a cabin with a double bed ask for that as these are actual boat cabins and so the beds are often singles to fit them in. I recommend getting breakfast as it's plentiful. Most of all it's the staff that makes this a really special stay. They are genuinely friendly and welcoming, not hotel-school professional smilers. Everybody is great, but a special shout out here for the lovely breakfast lady, JP and Derek the Galwayman who gave me some of his stash of Barry's tea bags. Can't wait to go back.

The Tower Sportshostel ligger i Sittard, 29 km från Basilica of Saint Servatius, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. All was good. Highly recommend it 🙂🙂🙂
