Stayokay Hostel Maastricht is situated on the banks of the Maas River, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre of Maastricht. The large terrace provides a view on the water. Free WiFi access throughout the entire hostel is available. Great place, by the river, good facilities, friendly staff and comfortable room. I stayed there while there was a flood in that region, so the river was quite high and there was also some flooding in the underground level of the hostel, but the staff reacted quickly and I never felt unsafe.
Schinnen
Situated in Schinnen, 26 km from Vrijthof, Terborgh Budget features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a bar. The property is located 26 km from Basilica of Saint Servatius, 27 km from Aachener Soers Equitation Stadium and 27 km from Eurogress Aachen. Bridgette is a fantastic host and the dorm is incredible. Very comfy beds, great showers, all facilities were super clean. There's a common room where you get breakfast which is open all the time with snacks and a bar and board games. Breakfast was great, free coffee!
The building itself is a beautiful 15th century castle complete with moat (and plenty of singing frogs). There's woodland walks nearby and a trains station 20 minutes walk away with great links and trains running twice an hour all through the day and night.
The adjoining pub looked great too though we didn't have chance to eat or drink there.

Botel is moored on Maasboulevard next to the Stadspark in the historic city centre. It features free Wi-Fi in the public areas and a bar with an intimate river-view terrace.
Each of the simple yet functional cabins offered at Maastricht Botel have either private or shared bathroom facilities with hot and cold running water.
The room was small, but larger than expected for a boat. Bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The shower got everything wet, but they had another shower down the hall so you didn't have to steam up your room or get your bathroom soaked. Pay for the breakfast, totally worth it and delicious!
Sittard
Set in Sittard, 29 km from Vrijthof, The Tower Sportshostel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Located around 30 km from Maastricht International Golf, the hostel with free WiFi is also 32 km away from Kasteel van Rijckholt. The hostel has a restaurant, and Basilica of Saint Servatius is 29 km away. All ok. Short walk to the bus stop

The hostel is in a great location -in a quiet area and still close to the centre. The staff were very nice. We could leave our bags in the luggage room before check in and after check out. Breakfast was nice - some salty and sweet options. If you are a meat lover prepare yourself that you’ll not find any meat there.
very friendly people working there. exellent breakfast. Great location for walking. You can start your walks right when you leave the hotel, You don't need to go with a car somewhere. enough parking space . There are rooms with a view and balcony on the back that have great vieuws over the valley. The more cheaper rooms are on the front with no special vieuw.

free access to the billiard table next to the reception - good breakfasts - cheap and safe parking very close to the hotel - possibility of check-out at 11.00 - walk distance to the beautiful centrum of Maastricht :)
The private pod was very comfortable and exceeded our privacy expectations for a hostel. All areas were very clean and colorful. Great location.
I chose the accommodation in a shared dormitory with other people, which is very cheap. The place is anyhow comfortable, and it helps that the other guests were clean and quiet. The hall and the canteen are large and comfortable. The personnel is young and kind. The hotel is frequented by people who are on average young and have a good level of education. There is an international and multicultural atmosphere that makes you feel at ease.
Comfortable bunk beds, plenty space for luggage, delicious and nourishing breakfast. Friendly staff. Fantastic location just by the station. The hostel has two beautiful quiet courtyards with trees and picnic facilities and a spa as well. Cyclist-friendly.
I think it was one of the best designed hostels I have ever stayed in. Everything was very well thought out and useful. The location was great. It was possible to reach many attraction centers of the city, nature, transportation points with short walking distances. The staff was generally good, although some of them didn't seem very willing to answer questions (in the end, I have no right to judge anyone because of a bad day they may have had). In summary, it was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in.
Possibly the best hostel breakfast I’ve ever had.
Attractive hotel in a great location, close to the city centre. Parking nearby in huge outside parking. Room fine, a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Safety deposit box too small for laptops. Nice breakfast in historic room.
