I arrived very early because my shuttle left Granada at 6 a.m. The staff weren’t expecting me so early, but they were very sweet and accommodated me with breakfast and told me to wait while they prepared the room. Breakfast was delicious and there were 3 choices plus fruit and coffee and tea. They take cleaning very seriously here as I always saw someone cleaning something. My room very spacious and clean, especially for 1 person, but I loved not feeling cramped and being able to spread my things out without fear of bugs or something crawling on my clothes. The A.C. and WiFi worked great as well. I’m definitely coming back in the future because the room was so comfortable and definitely worth every penny!

Wonderful staff - honest help with booking great tours, arranging accommodation, friendly smart people eager to do what they can. Air conditioning works for the room I selected. Shower not heated but still good. Some are saying it’s too far from town but it’s a 10 minute brisk walk to city center and 7 mins away from a good restaurant. It can be a loud city so better to be not right in the center

Cabanas Rusticas er staðsett í Las Peñitas, 600 metra frá Poneloya-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði og verönd. We were there as a couple and stayed in one of the private cabañas. We really enjoyed our stay, despite the heat we slept pretty well. The bed is confortable and has a nice mosquito net. We felt welcomed and appreciated the chilled family vibe of the place, it is also quiet and the internet works well if you need to do a bit of work. The kitchen is also well equipped if you like to cook. You do need to walk a bit to go to the beach but you can also rent bikes :) If you have a mean of transportation (we had a moto), it is also super easy to go explore and spend the day in Leon !

Casita de Playa BOMALU er staðsett í Las Peñitas, nokkrum skrefum frá Las Peñitas-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, veitingastað og bar. Great location right at the beach with nice chill spots and hammocks. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Had a good sleep in a nice room, the bed was comfy. Great location. Kitchen is well equipped. Fantastic staff. I could park my motorbike on site, was a bonus.

Casa Riverstone er með útisundlaug, garð, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd í León. Gististaðurinn státar af fatahreinsunarþjónustu, veitingastað og grilli. The location was great, very centric. The place itself is charming, has a very homely vibe with the pool, the fountain and lounge area with a hammock and coffee tables. The room was spacious, clean, and had A/C. The bed was comfortable and big. The staff were very attentive. They cook breakfast for you every morning with a nice cup of coffee, and you just feel like you're staying at a relative's home. We were an LGBT couple travelling and we felt very welcome. It was very quiet and it was great to rest for a few days while enjoying the city of Leon. We paid about 45$ per night in a double room with AC including the 17% tax (we had not picked this up from the Booking breakdown and it was an unpleasant surprise), which I think is still good value.

Mano a Mano Eco Hostal er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og bar í Las Peñitas. Farfuglaheimilið er staðsett um 70 metra frá Las Peñitas-ströndinni og 2,4 km frá Poneloya-ströndinni. I love their small spot right in front of the beach.

I give this place a 10 out of 10! The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Scarleth. We took a taxi to the beach and I messaged her on booking.com to ask if we could get back on the shuttle and she arranged that for us. I also went volcano boarding through Via Via and it was an amazing experience. It included a delicious lunch and a t shirt. The tour guides also took pictures and videos of everyone hiking and boarding down. I have stayed in many hostels and this one was exceptional.
